Shanghai Sheen Fluoroplastic Seals Co.,Ltd is the key manufacturing and R & D base earliest engaged in the PTFE oil seals within the country. Founded in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province in 1986, the company moved into Shanghai Dakun Technology Park in 2002 (#728, Pengfeng Road at the exit of Dagang on Hu-Hang Expressway). The company possesses the land for 18000m2, and the construction area for 15000m2.
The company stresses the works of the establishment and the perfection of the quality management system, and in succession, has passed the ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 quality system certification. Enclosing the contents in three aspects of the focus of the customer, the sustaining improvement and the social responsibilities, the company has proposed the company quality guideline of "creating the brand with the quality, winning the customer with the service, seeking the development with the improvement, establishing the image with the credit, enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise with the philosophy of the sustaining development, and satisfying the demands in the customer and the related parties".

In the past several years, our company has had the oil-seal products for the motors and vehicle models of Cummins, Caterpillar, National, Benz, Volvo, Scania, Audi and Santana, etc, entering the hot-spot markets in North America, South America, Europe, Middle East and Southeast Asia, etc. Within the country, the specifications of the PTFE oil-seal products directly developed by our company and matched with the various major manufacturers for the main machine in the country have exceeded 120 types.Continuously upgrading the manufacturing and technical supervision equipments is the key for the enterprise to effectively improve and optimize the hard environment for the product production and improve the processing class and level of the product. In the past several years, Sheen Company always makes continuously improving the product quality level in the prior and prominent position, and in succession, we have invested several sets of the equipments with the relatively high levels for the technical content and the automatization into the key working procedure, which not only has improved the manufacturing efficiency and the processing precision of the product, but also has greatly improved the working conditions for the employees and the supervision level for the quality and the technology. At present, the 118 sets of the processing equipments in various models owned by the company almost have covered all the processing means needed for the oil-seal production including the heat treatment for the metal. The production in the single shift has achieved the processing capacity of 450thousand pieces of oil seals in various types per month.
